About Us

Marie Zaire is the passionate and talented Pastry Chef behind Sweet Stephy Cakes.
She began her career in Australia, training at Chisholm Institute in Victoria. And then started working as a Pastry Chef in Bakeries in Melbourne. Followed by a move to Canberra, where she continued to work in number of esteemed restaurants, cafes and patisserie.

Marie is well known for her love of baking, cooking and helping others. This allows her to share her passion, love and good taste with other families and friends to enrich their special occasions.
